Special Offer – Listing Terms:  BestVRC.com, Vacation Rentals Connection LLC

You may list your properties for rent at BestVRC.com, VacationRentalsConnection.com
with our standard listing for only $9.99 per listing per year. You may upgrade to our featured listing for $99.99 per listing per year if available. Featured listings are limited.

Fees:

BestVRC.com does not charge transaction fees when owners collect direct deposits and rental payments outside this website. A 3% TRANSACTION FEE IS CHARGED TO OWNERS when owners accept instant bookings or any payments through BestVRC.com payments system currently with PayPal. Owners will be charged a 3% transaction fee, and it will be deducted from their payment.  Be sure to read our General Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

How to list your rental property:

To list your property: first create an account and log on. Click the “Add New Listings” tab. Complete the forms. You will be required to pay $9.99 per listing per year to support the website. You may get a featured listing if available by paying $99.99 per listing per year. Once you complete the application. List your property and click publish.  Once you start the application form you should complete the forms and pay the fee within one day or your information will disappear, and you will have to start over. Once you pay you may return anytime to add your property information, photos, and finishing touches.

Qualification:

Your property must meet all local and federal requirements for rental purposes. You must agree that your property meets the requirement for your advertised stated purpose.

You understand that:

BestVRC.Com provides only this platform for you to list your property. You
are fully responsible for all negotiations, communications, and dealings with
renters interested in your property.

You the property owner farther agree to be fully responsible
for all responses, correspondence, and communications relating to your
property. You further agree that all agreements are made strictly between you
the property owner, manager, administrators, and renters. Further that
BestVRC.com Vacation Rentals Connection .com LLC, has no obligation nor
responsibility for any part of the dealings between owners and renters.

Our Story:    VacationRentalsConnection.com      BestVRC.com.

We developed VacationRentalsConnection.com, BestVRC.com website because we have rental properties and became infuriated with all the changes, loss of control, and fees other websites were charging us. With BestVRC.com our repeat and new renters can conveniently book their rentals with us. We opened BestVRC.com to the public after learning that our friends and others were frustrated by the loss of control and expensive fees charged by other sites. At BestVRC.com, owners can select instant bookings and receive instant booking payments without further approval from the owner. However, we wanted a simple inexpensive way to display our property, vet renters, and manage our negotiations ourselves. So, whether you like instant bookings or prefer greater control over your bookings at lower costs, this site is for you.

You will find that BetVRC.com has all the same benefits you need including our  All in One Calendar, which if properly linked to other websites, can monitor all your calendars  to help prevent double bookings or lost opportunities.

We recommend keeping your property listed on other websites until we have more properties listed, and our ratings in search engines improve, especially if you depend solely on the website to generate business.

We need to increase our listings, popularity, and search rankings. You can help by using BestVRC.com website to list your properties for rent and to search and find your vacation rentals. Please share this site with your friends and family and social media contacts to help promote this service. Social media links are conveniently on the platform for you to share. Please leave a review and comments to show that you appreciate the effort we have made to keep BestVRC.com affordable.

We are working on an advertising campaigns to get more properties listed and more visitors to the website. We have made BestVRC.com supported by donations believing that those who use and profit from it will appreciate having an affordable reliable way to display their properties and connect with renters. We are requesting small donations to help maintain the website, security, and future advertising. Donations to BestVRC.com are not tax deductible as charitable donations. BestVRC.com is not a non-profit charity. However, donations may be deductible as a normal business expense. BestVRC.com does not provide tax advice.     BestVRC.com and VacationRentalsConnection.com is the same website. You may access your information through either name interchangeably.

     

    How BestVRC.com, Vacation Rentals Connection works

    What RENTERS must know:

    Renters search free: The BestVRC.com, VacationRentalsConnection.com website is designed to enable Renters to search Owners’ listed properties, book a reservation, and communicate all terms of the agreement directly with the Owner.

    It is important to note that there are two booking options that Owners may enable when listing their property. A: “Instant Booking” or B: “Owner Confirmed Booking”.

    A: “Instant Booking,” booking is instant only when you see “Instant Booking” at check out. “Instant booking” is only available if the Owner User chooses to make it available. With “Instant Booking” enabled, the website will generate an invoice for the Renter to pay without additional Owner input.

     

    B: “Owner Confirmed Booking” Renter will see a notice “Booking request sent. Please wait for owner’s confirmation!”  on the booking page.

    Renter will not see a place to pay for the booking until the Owner confirms Renter’s booking. All bookings with Please wait for owner’s confirmation!  at checkout will NOT be complete without the final approval of the Owner User for the property that is booked.  It is recommended that Owners respond to all requests within 24 hours to either accept or deny a Renter’s request.

     

    After Owner accepts and confirms Renter’s booking, Renter will receive an email informing Renter that Renter’s booking is confirmed, and that Renter’s invoice is in Renter’s in-box on the BestVRC.com, VacationRentalsConnection.com website.

    Renters: To pay Renter’s invoice and complete Renter’s booking, please log into BestVRC.com, VacationRentalsConnection.com and go to Renter’s inbox and pay the booking invoice.  This finalizes Renter’s reservation.

     

    All reservations remain tentative and conditional until finalized by the Owner of the Property that is Booked, and agreement by the Renter to the terms and conditions (if any) required by the Owner User.  Owners acknowledge and agree that by posting a Listing on the website, Owners are bound by the terms of the Listing, and Owner shall not increase the price of the Listing after agreeing to accept a request or inquiry from a Renter to complete a booking.

     

    What OWNERS must know:

    Owners pay an annual per listing fee to list each property. The current fee is $9.99 for the basic listing, and $99.99 for the featured listing, if available. Featured listings are limited in number.

    The website is designed to enable Owners to post listings for their properties (an “Owner’s Property”) that are available to be rented by Renter Users, including information related to each such Owner’s Property. Information includes but is not limited to the location of the property, the Owner’s terms and agreement, the number of occupants that may rent the property, the availability of the property, any accommodations, and other information and details relevant to each property (e.g., pet-friendly, no smoking, easy access to public transportation, and other helpful information).

    The website will send a notice to Owners whenever a Renter makes a Booking Reservation request through the website. Owners then deal directly with renters to finalize all agreements and payments.

All bookings with wait for owner’s confirmation! at checkout will NOT be complete without the final approval of the Owner User for the property that is booked.  It is recommended that Owners respond to all Renters’ requests within 24 hours to either accept or deny a Renter’s request.

     

    Owners Must Confirm or Deny Renter’s Booking Request:

    BestVRC.com, VacationRentalsConnection.com will send a notice to the Owner by email and to the Owner’s in-box at BestVRC.com, VacationRentalsConnection.com. The owner will receive Renter’s email contact information. The owner can then contact Renter, clarify any concerns, and make final approval or denial of Renter’s Booking Request.

    To Send a Denial, or finalize Renters Booking Request and send an invoice to Renter, the Owner must log onto BestVRC.com, VacationRentalsConnection.com and go to Owners “My Bookings.” In My Bookings, the Owner may Issue an Invoice to confirm Renter’s Booking or Click “Denial” to reject the Booking Request and send a Denial notice to the Renter.

    If Owner accepts and confirms Renter’s booking, Renter will receive an email informing Renter that Renter’s booking is confirmed, and that Renter’s invoice is in Renter’s in-box at BestVRC.com, VacationRentalsConnection.com. This finalizes the Owner’s acceptance and confirms Renter’s Booking request.

    Renter must pay the Booking invoice to complete Renter’s booking. Renter must log in to BestVRC.com, VacationRentalsConnection.com and go to Renter’s in-box and pay the booking invoice. This finalizes Renter’s booking reservation and payment.

    The Owners’ “My Bookings” page will note the status of the Owner and Renter Booking interaction. Owners can view the status and make booking choices on the Owner’s Booking Page.

    Final Reminder:

    All reservations remain tentative and conditional until finalized by the Owner of the property that is booked, and agreement by the Renter to the terms and conditions (if any) required by the Owner User and payment by Renter User.  Owners acknowledge and agree that by posting a listing on the website, they are bound by the terms of the listing and they shall not increase the price of the listing after agreeing to accept a request or inquiry from a Renter to complete a booking.

    It is recommended that Owners respond to all requests within 24 hours to either accept or deny a Renter’s request.

    Final Note: VacationRrentalsConnection.com does not Prevent Owners from accepting payments outside of the BestVRC.com, VacationRentalsConnection.com website. In such cases Owners are responsible to manually credit Renters’ payments on the website if they wish the website to reflect the Renters’ payment on the My Bookings page in their account. Accepting payments outside the website is not advised.
