You may list your properties for rent at BestVRC.com, VacationRentalsConnection.com with our standard listing FREE per listing per year. You may upgrade to our featured listing for $99.00 per listing per year if available. Featured listings are limited.
Fees:
Direct to Owner Payments — No Website Fee. BestVRC.com does not charge transaction fees when owners collect rental payments directly from renters outside this website. We cut out the middleman. Owners keep 100% of what renters pay them. We simply ask that owners and renters who value this service consider a voluntary donation to help maintain and grow the platform.
Website Payment Processing — Lowest Fees in the Industry. When owners choose to accept instant bookings or collect payments through the BestVRC.com payment system, the following fees apply:
- Owner fee: 3% — deducted automatically from the owner’s payment.
- Guest fee: 7% — added to the guest’s total at checkout.
Combined, that is 10% total — roughly half of what Airbnb and similar platforms charge. Payment processing is currently handled through PayPal. Standard PayPal processing fees are deducted by PayPal before funds reach the owner.

How to List Your Rental Property:
To list your property: first create an account and log on. Click the “Add New Listings” tab. Complete the forms. Your standard listing is FREE per year. You may get a featured listing if available for only $99.00 per listing per year. You have the option to donate to support the website. Once you complete the application, list your property and click publish. Once you start the application form you should complete the forms within one day or your information will disappear and you will have to start over. Once you pay you may return anytime to add your property information, photos, and finishing touches.
Qualification:
Your property must meet all local and federal requirements for rental purposes. You must agree that your property meets the requirements for your advertised stated purpose.
You understand that:
BestVRC.com provides only this platform for you to list your property. You are fully responsible for all negotiations, communications, and dealings with renters interested in your property.
You the property owner further agree to be fully responsible for all responses, correspondence, and communications relating to your property. You further agree that all agreements are made strictly between you the property owner, manager, administrators, and renters. Further, BestVRC.com, Vacation Rentals Connection LLC, has no obligation nor responsibility for any part of the dealings between owners and renters.
